1. Mr.Rithesh 48 years is admitted to casuality in an unconscious state. He has a history of suffering from diabetes mellitus.

2.  Mr.Lokesh aged 63 years is admitted to the hospital with inability to pass urine. He is diagnosed as a case of BPH.
  1. What is BPH?
  2. What are the causes and clinical manifestations?
  3. Explain the methods of treatment and pre and post operative nursing management.

3. a) What is ulcerative colitis
    b) Explain the causes, pathophysiology and  clinical manifestations
    c) Discuss the health education, nursing management and discharge plan for a patient with ulcerative colitis.

        As for as anatomy is concerned diagrams are more important. At first draw the diagram and then label the parts. Then you start writing the theory. Even if you cannot complete the theory the diagram with labels will bring you a good mark.

        If you have little time left for answering the question, skip the description of the parts of the anatomy and write about relations, nerve supply, blood supply and applied anatomy. The diagrams will speak for the description of the parts.
